Literature Text

In a world much like this one, there lived twin brothers:
Justice and Indignation.

In birth they were afflicted,
condemned to blindness.

Before their eyes went dead,
I peered into their souls.

In one, I glimpsed love unsullied.
In the other, the sin of wrath disguised.
Yet another idea that kept me from sleeping. I had to write it down before it was gone.

The distance between justice and vengeance is all too short. The evils of wrath and hubris never feel so right as they do hiding behind indignation.

Very astute, as it seems you have captured the spirit of both, there is no act to Indignation as it is only a thought, the perseption of wrong doing. Justice requires an act against one who wrongs us, but who is to be the one to perceive, if it is truly justice or wrath. Justice is always seen through the eyes or the one who acts upon it, yet seen from another perspective it can obviously appear to be wrath. Great job switching the order in the end.

I also like the flow of your work as well.
