The beauty of this photograph in my honest opinion was the magnanimity which usually is felt in panaromic photographs but was breathtaking here. It felt like the height which was covered, rather than the breadth or depth which was overwhelming. And the lighting was perfect - the use of shadow was also transfixing that awe inspiring means of consuming the viewer's gaze. Its a beautiful piece of work in my honest opinion.
